Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce proudly proclaims a lecture and the fifth Moot Court Competition in reminiscence of Late Shri Vijay Chavan, Assistant Professor of BMCC’s prestigious school.

Event Information

The Moot Court Competition 2021 shall be held nearly on 27th March 2021.

The competitors shall be performed in two sections; Law and Commerce. Teams from Law Colleges will compete in opposition to Law College groups and groups from Commerce College will compete in opposition to commerce school groups. There are separate prizes for Law and Commerce Sections.

Eligibility

The competitors is open to undergraduate college students of acknowledged Law and Commerce faculties/universities/institutes.

Event Details

Registration for Moot court docket occasion

Team composition

Mentoring/Training Session

Preliminary Round

• One participant from every courtroom with highest complete marks in Preliminary Round will proceed to compete within the Final Round.

Finals

As per The guidelines of the Bar of the Council of India (white shirt, black trouser, black blazer)

Submission
