Breyer Refuses To Call Conservative-Majority Supreme Court ‘Conservative’

The court docket’s determination within the 2000 presidential election case, Bush v. Gore, is also known as an instance of its favoritism of conservative causes. But the court docket didn’t hear or choose instances that affected the political disagreements arising out of the later 2020 election.
