Uttar Pradesh Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (UPMSCL) invites applications for the post of Manager (Legal).

About the Organisation

UPMSC has come up as an organization for the centralized and transparent procurement and distribution of drugs, types of equipment and other consumables. UPMSC ensures the availability of quality drugs and medical equipments at the lowest costs at various warehouses across the state under the charge of UPMSC.

UPMSC monitors records via the Drugs and Vaccine Distribution Management System (DVDMS) related to indents/requirements, purchase orders, and supply and consumption of drugs and consumables. UPMSC shall also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the procurements done through the corporation.

Qualification

An applicant has Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s degree in law from UGC-recognized Indian Unversity.

Experience

Applicant must have 5 years of work experience as a full-time Manager legal in any Company (Govt/private).
