About the Role

Freshworks is looking for a highly-motivated and enterprising counsel to affix the Freshworks Legal Team.   • Pre-hiring (advisory on registration and licenses, employment constructions, administrative center, M&A due diligence, immigration or background verification),
  • Hiring (employment contracts, coaching, secondments, impartial consultants, outsourcing, confidentiality, or code of conduct),
  • Retention (ESOPs, compliance audit, advantages, or investigations),
  • Separation (technique & threat administration, severance, downsizing, retrenchment, exits or transfers), & Post-separation (disputes, safety of knowledge, non-solicitation, non-disparagement, non-competes).
  • Research on authorized points and make revisions as crucial to straightforward templates / insurance policies

Who can Apply?

  • Bachelor’s diploma in regulation with demonstrated wonderful educational efficiency.
