Linklaters advises on the event of three Economic Industrial Zones in Ivory Coast

Linklaters has suggested Arise Ivoire on the setting-up and phased improvement of three Economic Industrial Zones (ZEI) in Ivory Coast in Abidjan, Ferkessédougou and San Pedro, a mission value FCFA 1000bn (greater than EUR1.5bn) introduced by the federal government.

The mission is predicted to result in the creation of 350,000 jobs by 2030 and goals to extend the transformation charge of uncooked supplies into completed and semi-finished items by means of devoted and totally geared up massive financial industrial zones within the nation.

Signing of the event agreement was introduced on the 25th August by the Ivory Coast Prime Minister, Hamed Bakayoko, in Abidjan.

The workforce was led by Marc Petitier, accomplice in Corporate, and Justin C. Faye, counsel in Energy & Infrastructure.
