About the Competition 

Maritime Law is a basic department that governs commerce and navigation on the ocean. It regulates a broad ambit of claims associated with customs and excise regulation; fishing industries; insurance coverage declare; employment problems with crew members; air pollution by vessels; salvage operation; and piracy, and so on. Awareness in such an necessary discipline is far required amongst regulation college students and the authorized fraternity.

Eligibility

NLUO welcomes submissions from all regulation college students enrolled in 5 Year Integrated LLB, 3 Year LLB and LLM programme.

Kindly Note: The above-mentioned themes are merely illustrative, members are free to decide on any theme/matter which pertains to maritime and delivery regulation.

Submission Guidelines

  • The essay should be English language solely and the submission shall be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx format).
  • Co-authorship to a most of two is permitted.
  • Only one submission is allowed per creator/workforce. Submissions, each as co-author and single, will likely be treated as a number of submissions and will likely be disqualified as an entry to the competitors.

  • There is no registration payment for this competitors.  Please keep due diligence whereas filling the Google type. The credentials of members will likely be checked for profitable registration.
