O the ‘Bar’, please no bar

Dressed up in black and white,
All set to inform mistaken or proper;
But, the Bar intends to place a weird bar,
Proposed to throw new clay right into a reservoir.

Felt like the guts is sinking,
And positively cherished desires are twinkling,
Thoughts seem extremely quaint,
But all are apparently very faint.

Not in any respect, it isn’t considered,
Life is at stake, not simply three years.
Learning analysis, moot, dialog and debate,
Already put in a half-decade!

If competent sufficient to defend a consumer,
If succesful sufficient to ace evaluation,
If able to bear Academy coaching,
Then, the proposed remedy appears worse than the illness.

Hurled at us piles of allegations,
Impolite and incompetent in dealing with issues;
But, no one questions, coaching defects and inefficient guidelines,
As the dictum goes, a foul workman all the time blames his instruments!

Don’t have interaction in merch leaving us within the lurch,
Revamp authorized schooling and coaching establishments.
A journey from faculty to Bench or from Bar to Bench,
Let it’s, all let loose.

Surely, sure info needn’t be proved,
Eager to try, able to be improved;
To study something, make for even a trial by fireplace,
But, received’t bear three years of exile…

This poem is written within the backdrop of the proposed rule of necessary three years of experience on the bar as a prerequisite for showing in exams to decrease judiciary. It is written by Mr. Masoom Reza, a 4th yr regulation scholar at Jamia Millia Islamia, who will be reached out here.
